Our Cancellation Policy and Payment Policy
At Sine Qua Non, we know things happen. However, in order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are unable to hold any appointment without a major credit card. If you no show or cancel without 24 hours notice, we will try and fill your appointment. If we are unable to do so, you will be charged a $25 to $50.00 cancellation fee depending on the length of your appointment.

Our Return Policy
At Sine Qua Non, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns must happen within 30 days of purchase, be accompanied by a store receipt, and the product must be nearly full. If you paid by credit card, you may receive a credit on your card.
NO CASH BACK will be given for any returns, under any circumstances.
You may have a store credit, exchange or refund on the same credit card your purchase was originally made.

Our Late Policy
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with an available stylist.
